All sales are final. Sania Collection is a small proprietary business and we take utmost care in designing and selling our products to our customers. However, we have a No Returns accepted policy and therefore all sales are final in nature. 

Damaged/Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at  care saniacollection1981.com within 24 hours of receipt of product with video of opening the package and the photos of product received, in the absence of which no claim will be entertained..
